Overlook neighborhood is bordered by several major divisions. The Willamette river forms the southwest border. Counter-clockwise, the other edges are the Fremont bridge, I-5, N Ainsworth St, and N Willamette Blvd, continuing along the eastern boundary of University of Portland to the river.
A recent RMLS home search in the Overlook area showed homes from sale from as low as $209,000 up to $629,000. This area features wonderful older East Portland styles, with many bungalows, ranches, and tudors.
